Representatives from 55 colleges and universities traveled to Waimea to meet more than 300 college-bound Big Island students during the fifth annual Hawaii Association for College Admission Counseling Waimea Spring College Fair hosted by Parker School at Waimea Town Hall and the lobby of the Kahilu Theater. The event included breakout sessions about preparing for college, college selection and application, paying for college, and a session called “Why Art School?”
